NAWBO Greater Philadelphia and The Neat Company have partnered to give 10 NAWBO members a free subscription to NeatBooks® for one year. In return, members will provide Neat with their feedback, experience and perceptions of using Neat. All responses – positive and negative – are encouraged to help improve Neat’s product offerings and services!

Participants will agree to:

  • At least one monthly online survey
  • At least one quarterly 1:1 video interview, no longer than 60 minutes in length
  • One-time invoicing survey, no longer than 10 minutes to complete
  • At least one quarterly focus group with other NAWBO members participating
  • Receive communications about other feedback forums yet to be determined
